GHD3440

GHD3440 motor control dedicated gate driver, designed specifically for driving dual N-channel VDMOS power transistors or IGBTs in bridge circuits, with a floating offset voltage of+200V, compatible with 3.3V/5V input logic, suitable for battery powered DC brushless motors and other application solutions, such as electric tools, garden tools, vacuum cleaners, etc. Embedded with typical dead time of 250ns and VCC/VBS undervoltage protection function.
