APM32F003 Series

The APM32F003 basic cost-effective industrial-grade MCUs offer a broad temperature range, high precision, low-temperature drift, an 8KV ESD rating, and strong anti-interference capabilities. Integrated with high-speed internal oscillators boasting accuracy within ±3% across the entire range and ±1% after user calibration, these MCUs support TSSOP20, SOP20, and highly compact 3x3mm QFN20 packages, facilitating system integration and reducing the BOM cost.At present, it can be widely used in oil pressure sensor, electric toy, door entry lighting control, educational robot, wireless charger and temperature sensor.

The APM32F003F6U7 is certified with AEC-Q100 Grade 2, meeting automotive reliability standards. It operates from -40°C to 105°C, suitable for complex conditions. Ideal for applications like reverse radar, car control panels, keys, windows, and smart seats.
