APM32M3514 Series

The APM32M3514 series is a highly integrated, cost-effective motor control SoC, built on the APM32F035 series platform, offering reliable and efficient solutions for the motor drive market. Powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core with a built-in M0CP coprocessor, it also features an integrated 200V 6N-Gate Driver and a high-performance 3.3V LDO. This series is ideal for applications such as garden tools, handheld vacuum cleaners, low-voltage fans, and water pumps.
