GHD1620T

The GHD1620T is a 600V single-phase motor gate driver IC with a bridge circuit using dual N-channel VDMOS transistors or IGBTs. It operates within a 10V-20V supply voltage range, supports 3.3V/5V logic inputs, and features a +600V floating offset voltage. Integrated with a low-dropout bootstrap diode, a temperature sensor, and multiple protection functions, it comes in a compact SOP8 package. Ideal for high-voltage applications such as fans, water pumps, range hoods, and hair dryers, it supports both brushed and brushless DC motors.
