Strong Magnetic Stirrer

The strong magnetic stirrer, employed in liquid mixing experiments, operates on a micro-motor driving a high-temperature resistant magnet. This setup generates a rotating magnetic field force, propelling the stirrer to rotate and effectively mix liquids in the container. It can also heat the liquid as needed, facilitating mixing reactions. The APM32F035 MCU serves as the central controller in this motor control application. Responsible for collecting Hall signals, current, and voltage inputs, the MCU executes motor control logic, receives commands, and provides real-time feedback on motor status. Detecting Hall signals, bus voltage, and motor phase current internally, the APM32F035 generates six sets of complementary PWM signals via Timer1, ensuring efficient, smooth, and quiet motor operation. Importantly, the APM32F035 includes four built-in operational amplifiers, eliminating the need for an external one during motor phase current sampling.
