Geehy 32-bit industrial-grade extended APM32F072xB series MCU has high integration, low power, and strong extended control function. The operating frequency is 48MHz, the voltage range is 2.0V~3.6V, the Flash is 64-128KB and SRAM is 16KB. The operating temperature is -40℃~+105℃. QFN48 and LQFP48/64/100 packages can be provided.

Intelligent Anti-Shake & Efficient Operation

 TSC function is added, and it can be used for proximity, touch key, linear or rotary sensors. It supports power-on/power-down reset. A programmable voltage monitor is built in. VBat supports RTC and backup register power supply and supports up to 87 I/Os, all of which can be mapped to external interrupt vectors, which helps to collect a large number of key signals, reduce the amplitude of waveform oscillation, and realize the intelligent anti-shake of the game mechanical keyboard.

 

Full-speed USB module supports operation without an external crystal oscillator, thus reducing the system cost.

 The embedded full-speed USB2.0 interface supports BCD and LPM.
