Geehy introduces the high-performance GHD3125R, offering the 36V three-phase motor gate driver designed for industrial automation and intelligent equipment. With high power density and efficiency, it enhances system performance and reliability, making it ideal for brushless DC motor applications such as handheld devices, low-power water pumps, floor fans, low-voltage ceiling fans, air purifiers, circulation pumps, and power tools.

The GHD3125R is a gate driver IC for P/N MOS power transistors, operating from 5.5V to 30V. It supports 3.3V/5V logic inputs for easy integration with different logic-level circuits.


With low standby power consumption, the GHD3125R minimizes energy usage in idle mode, promoting energy efficiency. It also delivers different output current capabilities depending on the supply voltage. For instance, at Vsup = 24V, the HO output current is +260mA/-80mA, while the LO output current is +50mA/-240mA.



Integrated LDO for Internal and External Power Supply

The built-in 5V low-dropout regulator (LDO) provides a 60mA load capacity, supplying power to both internal logic circuits and external MCUs. Featuring heavy-load startup protection, it prevents transient overcurrent events, ensuring circuit stability and safety. This integration also helps customers effectively reduce system costs.



Comprehensive Protection for Enhanced System Safety

The GHD3125R incorporates multiple protection features to enhance system safety. The built-in Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) prevents faults caused by low voltage, while the shoot-through prevention function improves circuit safety and stability. Additional protection mechanisms include startup protection for proper chip operation, over-temperature protection to prevent thermal damage, and a built-in 400ns deadband time to ensure system reliability.
