The industrial-grade high-performance APM32F407xG is Geehy’s first MCU based on ARM® Cortex®-M4 core. With high capacity, wide temperature range, high integration, reliability, rich peripheral resources, and support for multiple encryption algorithms, this series can be applied in applications such as welding machines, charging piles, blood glucose detectors, and smart switch terminal devices.
APM32F407xG series MCU, with an operating dominant frequency of 168MHz, has excellent CPU operation performance, supports single-precision FPU operation function, and enhanced DSP processing instructions. The high-speed memory Flash 512KB/1024KB and SRAM 192KB+4KB are built-in. 2MB SDRAM is optional, and it supports PSRAM, NORFlash, NAND Flash, and other external memories.

6 U(S)ART, 3 SPI, 2 CAN, and 1 SDIO peripheral interfaces are built into the chip. It supports full-speed and high-speed USB, and a high-speed USB with internal PHY is added. It supports AES, DES, and TDES encryption standards, adds international data encryption algorithm encryption algorithms SM3 and SM4, and supports SHA-224, SHA-256, MD5, and other security hash algorithms, effectively ensuring the security of user-product information. The power supply voltage is 1.8V~3.6V. The power-on reset and power-down reset circuits are integrated, supporting a programmable power supply voltage detector to enhance the reliability of chip power management. The operating temperature range is -40℃~+105℃so that the product can operate stably in the industrial temperature scenarios.
