APM32F072xB Series Smart Pedometer Solution

Geehy's industrial-grade extended APM32F072xB MCU series operates at 48MHz, with a voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V, Flash memory from 64KB to 128KB, and 16KB SRAM for extensive data storage. Featuring high integration, low power consumption, robust expansion control functions, and supporting low-power modes like sleep, stop, and standby, it precisely meets power adjustment, Bluetooth communication, and accurate measurement requirements in smart pedometers.

Operating between -40°C and +105°C and certified with USB-IF, this MCU is ideal for various applications, including VR glasses, electronic cigarettes, BMS, smart robots, computer peripherals, and industrial handheld terminals.

Ensuring Device Stability

Based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core, it efficiently runs health monitoring algorithms.

It supports POR/PDR and includes a built-in programmable voltage monitor. VBat supports RTC and backup register power supply, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the smart pedometer system.

The embedded full-speed USB 2.0 interface enables remote firmware upgrades, and HSI provides a clock without an external crystal, ensuring stable communication of smart pedometer data while reducing the overall BOM cost. Cost-sensitive customers can opt for trim versions like APM32F071xB and APM32F070xB.

Improving Device Measurement Accuracy

Integrated RTC, 7-channel DMA controller, and 12-bit ADC support precise real-time dynamic data sampling in the smart pedometer.

Two built-in 1Mbit/s high-speed I2C interfaces facilitate quick communication with the acceleration sensor IC, enabling flexible acquisition of 3D acceleration and orientation values. It also supports syncing human body data to computers, tablets, and smartphones for FOTA upgrades.

Rich peripherals like USART, SPI, I2S, I2C, and CAN, working with RF chips, efficiently handle Bluetooth BLE or 2.4G data transmission tasks.

Added TSC capacitive touch control function that accurately recognizes touch input commands, meeting design requirements for capacitive buttons in customer products.
