As the automotive sector shifts towards electric vehicles, the demand for reliable automotive components is on the rise. The AEC-Q100 series certification serves as a crucial benchmark for automotive-grade chips, ensuring their suitability for automotive manufacturing. Developed by the Automotive Electronics Council, AEC-Q100 is a globally recognized reliability testing standard, that guides suppliers in meeting the stringent requirements of the automotive industry.

Geehy is committed to delivering high-performance, dependable automotive chips tailored for the automotive electronics domain. Following the attainment of the ISO 26262 certification in September 2022, affirming our adherence to the highest levels of automotive functional safety ("ASIL-D"), the recent AEC-Q100 certifications from SGS underscore the reliability and international recognition of Geehy's products.

With innovation driving industrial evolution, Geehy boasts six R&D centers and numerous R&D collaboration hubs, equipped with advanced chip design capabilities and industry-leading R&D prowess. To support its endeavors in automotive electronics, Geehy has collaborated with SGS to obtain AEC-Q100 certification for three automotive electronic chips: APM32A407VGT7, APM32A407ZGT7, and APM32A103VET7. Notably, the APM32A407ZGT7 series and APM32A103VET7 series have secured dual-level Grade1 and Grade2 certifications, suitable for automotive applications spanning from -40°C to 125°C.

The APM32A407VGT7 and APM32A407ZGT7 are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, operating at 168MHz, with 1MB Flash and 192+4KB SRAM. The APM32A103VET7 is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, operating at 120MHz, with 512KB Flash and 128KB SRAM. All three automotive-grade MCUs exhibit robust computing capabilities, expansive storage capacities, and integrated communication interfaces, making them ideal for diverse automotive applications such as body control, safety systems, and entertainment and power management.

The acquisition of seven AEC-Q100 certifications underscores our technological prowess and standardized quality control framework. Looking ahead, we anticipate four additional products to meet AEC-Q100 Grade1 and Grade2 standards, further solidifying our position as a leader in automotive-grade semiconductor solutions.
